2. Geltungsbereich
Diese AGB gelten für alle digitalen Produkte (z. B. Onlinekurse, Downloads, Vorlagen), die über unsere Website erworben werden. Mit dem Absenden der Bestellung erkennt der Kunde diese Bedingungen an.
3. Vertragsgegenstand
Der Kunde erwirbt ein digitales Produkt zur Nutzung im eigenen Unternehmen. Die Inhalte bleiben geistiges Eigentum der Anbieterin und dürfen nicht vervielfältigt, weitergegeben oder kommerziell vertrieben werden.
4. Vertragsschluss
Der Vertrag kommt zustande, wenn der Kunde auf unserer Website ein Produkt auswählt, seine Daten eingibt, auf „zahlungspflichtig bestellen“ klickt und die Zahlung über unseren Zahlungsdienstleister Ablefy (www.ablefy.com) abgeschlossen wird.
Die technische Abwicklung erfolgt über Ablefy, der Kaufvertrag kommt jedoch ausschließlich mit der Anbieterin zustande.
5. Preise & Zahlung
Es gelten die auf der Website angegebenen Preise. Die Zahlung erfolgt über die von Ablefy angebotenen Zahlungsarten (z. B. PayPal, Kreditkarte, SEPA). Alle Preise verstehen sich netto zuzüglich ggf. anfallender Steuern.
6. Digitale Inhalte & Bereitstellung
Die Bereitstellung der digitalen Inhalte erfolgt unmittelbar nach erfolgreichem Zahlungseingang – z. B. per E-Mail, Download-Link oder Zugang zur Kursplattform.
7. Widerrufsrecht
Bei digitalen Inhalten besteht kein Widerrufsrecht, wenn der Kunde beim Kauf ausdrücklich zugestimmt hat, dass mit der Ausführung des Vertrags vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist begonnen wird und er bestätigt hat, dass er dadurch sein Widerrufsrecht verliert.
Mit dem Kauf bestätigt der Kunde ausdrücklich:
– dass er verlangt, dass vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist mit der Ausführung des Vertrags begonnen wird
– und dass er zur Kenntnis genommen hat, dass mit Beginn der Ausführung sein Widerrufsrecht erlischt
8. Urheberrecht & Nutzung
Alle Inhalte sind urheberrechtlich geschützt. Die Nutzung ist ausschließlich dem Käufer bzw. seinem Unternehmen gestattet. Eine Weitergabe, Vervielfältigung oder der Einsatz in Drittprojekten ist untersagt.
9. Haftung
Die Anbieterin haftet nicht für wirtschaftliche Erfolge, die aus der Anwendung der Inhalte entstehen. Die Inhalte stellen keine rechtliche oder steuerliche Beratung dar.
10. Schlussbestimmungen
Es gilt das Recht des US-Bundesstaats Florida. Gerichtsstand ist St. Petersburg, FL.
Sollten einzelne Bestimmungen unwirksam sein, bleibt die Gültigkeit der übrigen Bestimmungen unberührt.

2. Scope
These terms apply to all digital products (such as online courses, downloads, templates) offered on our website. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.
3. Subject of the Contract
The customer purchases a digital product for use in their own business. All content remains the intellectual property of the provider and may not be copied, redistributed, or commercially resold.
4. Conclusion of the Contract
The contract is concluded when the customer selects a product on our website, enters their data, clicks “complete purchase,” and successfully completes payment via our payment provider Ablefy (www.ablefy.com).
Technical processing is handled by Ablefy, but the purchase agreement is solely with the provider.
5. Pricing & Payment
The prices listed on the website apply. Payment is made using one of the payment methods offered by Ablefy (e.g. PayPal, credit card, SEPA). All prices are net, plus any applicable taxes.
6. Digital Content & Delivery
The digital content is provided immediately after successful payment – via email, download link, or access to the course platform.
7. No Right of Withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal for digital content if the customer has expressly agreed that the contract will begin before the end of the withdrawal period and has acknowledged that they lose the right of withdrawal by doing so.
By purchasing, the customer expressly confirms:
– that they request the contract be executed before the withdrawal period ends
– and that they acknowledge the loss of the right of withdrawal once execution begins
8. Copyright & Usage
All content is protected by copyright. Use is permitted only for the buyer or their business. Redistribution, duplication, or use in third-party projects is prohibited.
9. Liability
The provider is not liable for any financial outcomes resulting from the application of the content. The content does not constitute legal or tax advice.
10. Final Provisions
The law of the State of Florida, USA, applies. Place of jurisdiction is St. Petersburg, FL.
If individual provisions are invalid, the validity of the remaining terms remains unaffected.
